We're looking for a RevOps Engineer to architect and scale our revenue operations as we grow across European markets. You'll own our revenue technology stack, drive process optimization, and leverage AI-powered automation to create a competitive advantage in our niche market.
Requirements
- Design and maintain seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams
- Eliminate friction points in the customer journey from first touch to renewal
- Build the operational framework that enables teams to collaborate effectively at speed
- Own HubSpot as our central 360° customer intelligence platform
- Implement and optimize AI-driven tools (such as Clay and n8n) to automate workflows and surface actionable insights
- Build a reporting infrastructure that provides real-time visibility into pipeline health and revenue metrics
- Navigate competing priorities across commercial and technical stakeholders
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear business outcomes for leadership
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through influence and demonstrated value
