Job Description
Chainguard is seeking an IT Engineer (Identity/IAM) to manage their identity and access management processes. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, driving adoption of Zero Trust and cloud IAM architectures, and ensuring security compliance. This is a key position for making access secure, seamless, and compliant.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management field
- Proven experience in managing complex IAM deployments
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Okta platforms
- Strong background with identity lifecycle automation (joiner/mover/leaver)
- Familiarity with IAM governance, RBAC, and regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO,NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
