Senior Product Manager (Validator Operations & Staking)

We are expanding our product suite to support validator operations and staking at scale across 500+ blockchain protocols. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in software development, validator infrastructure, staking mechanisms, and distributed systems to lead product strategy and execution for this high-impact area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Web3, cloud, or staking-related infrastructure domains
• Deep knowledge of validator lifecycle, slashing risks, downtime, double-signing, and other operational concerns
• Understanding of staking models including validator-as-a-service, distributed validator technology (DVT), restaking, and liquid staking
• Experience with validator tooling: orchestration, monitoring, remote signing, metrics collection
• Strong understanding of system design, CI/CD, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code
• Comfortable writing and reading SQL or scripts to work with technical teams effectively
• Proven track record using Scrum or Kanban to manage product development
• Strong data literacy, including defining KPIs, querying data, and running experiments
• Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., YouTrack, Notion, design and observability platforms)
• Excellent communication skills in English
