Assistant Store Manager - ZIMMERMANN, Marassi Galleria Mall

On behalf of Zimmermann, we are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our new store in Bahrain, Marassi Galleria Mall, driving and maximising sales, providing excellence in client service, inspiring and motivating the team, day-to-day stock management and operations, CRM, visual presentation and creating an elevated and memorable brand experience.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a Luxury Retail store (Fashion/Beauty/Watches & Jewelley)
• Amazing client service skills
• Proven ability to inspire, engage and develop team members to exceed KPI results
• Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
• Experience in Luxury retail within Bahrain or the GCC
