As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets, delivering exceptional Guest Experience, and implementing CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Data collection on customer behaviour, top sellers, and slow movers
- Driving client relationships within an omni-channel approach
- Providing pre-buying feedback on products
- Ensuring adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Capturing customer data in adherence to marketing team requirements
- Promoting loyalty program (MUSE) and staying up-to-date with app offerings
- Supporting in-store marketing events and activations
- Keeping abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns
- Driving sell-throughs within the store
- Supporting in-store CX initiatives
- Providing input to what's working well/what's not working well within the store
