Retail Manager - Guess (Head Office, Jeddah)

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Retail Manager to ensure commercial performance of retail shops and deliver exceptional Guest Experience. The role involves establishing a bridge between back-office and stores, implementing marketing and CX strategies, and managing P&L for the brand.

Requirements

• Understand the brand strategy and cascade within the given network
• Implement Brand guidelines taking in consideration each market specifications
• Agree on a yearly calendar of sales with commercial team
• Manage P&L for the brand at hand
• Monitor the performance of the brand and send recommendation
• Manage the organization's resources within budget guidelines
