Job Description
Challenge Manufacturing is a leading tier 1 supplier of complex metal assemblies for the automotive industry. They are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and improve IT operations across their multi-plant facility. The role involves ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise systems critical to production and business functions, particularly in alignment with IATF 16949 and other industry standards.
Requirements
- Oversee enterprise and plant-level IT infrastructure.
- Ensure IT systems and data management practices comply with IATF 16949.
- Direct ERP (Plex) operational support.
- Own business continuity and disaster-recovery planning.
- Develop, maintain, and track IT KPIs.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle.
- Oversee vendor contracts and budgeting.
