Job Description
The Sports Site Manager is responsible for overseeing sports site operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive experience for patrons. This role involves conducting pre-game and site safety checks, monitoring activities, and addressing patron concerns. It's a seasonal position that requires strong communication skills, general knowledge of sports operations, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and outdoor events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills with the public, staff, and supervisors
- General knowledge of sports operations and scorekeeping
- Ability to supervise staff and manage on-site issues effectively
- Willingness and availability to work evenings, weekends, and outdoor events
