Job Description
Brand Name GDI (Patio Enclosures / Stanek Windows) is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field operations teams. This role involves reviewing project schedules, training new crew members, monitoring progress and expenses, and ensuring job completion. Responsibilities also include customer interaction and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows.
- Understanding of all product lines and diagnostic skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Competence in using technology.
- Organization and ability to think on your feet.
- Proactive customer/employee/subcontractor interaction skills.
- Ability to work within the organization.
