• Relevant training or education in Fragrance & Beauty or a comparable field.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong commitment to brand presentation.
• Specialized expertise in makeup artistry, fragrance, or skincare (if applicable).
