As the Watches & Fine Jewelry Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique, drive exceptional client experience, and achieve sales goals. You will lead by example, fostering team collaboration and ensuring adherence to CHANEL’s standards in all aspects of boutique operations, merchandising, and client relations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Management
• 5+ years selling W&FJ
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering extraordinary client experiences and cultivating lasting relationships
• Strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
