Deputy Head of Boutique, Fashion

Manage the boutique team to achieve brand's mission, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, while upholding the image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience with 2 years in management experience of at least 5 members
• Fluent in English and the local language, with Mandarin as a plus
• Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous
• Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling
• Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus
