Chanel is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join their Talent Pipeline Team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment for all retail positions within the East Coast Region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience and be responsible for developing innovative candidate sourcing strategies, leading the upskilling of East Coast Region BLT on recruitment best practices, and providing guidance on the use of Workday and other Talent Acquisition Tools and Technologies.
