Fashion Executive Assistant needed to support Development Footwear Operations team at CHANEL. Assists Director of Operations Footwear, organizes trips and travel, meetings and appointments, and manages samples.
Requirements
- Specialized training in executive assistance, secretarial, assistant manager, or equivalent
- Passion for the product and attention to detail
- Sense of confidentiality, priorities, and reactivity
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Language skills: French and Italian
