Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience working in contract drafting, procurement, and administration for Builder’s and Civil Works.
- Experience in Mechanical & Electrical procurement and contract management is a strong advantage.
- Degree in Cost and Contract Management or related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Solid understanding of contract law and practical application.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, quick learner with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with high self-motivation, multitasking capability, and composure in dynamic environments.
- Curious and passionate about technology, innovation, and organizational transformation.
- Familiar with digital tools/platforms is a plus.
- Experience driving change in an organization is a plus.
