AFTERSCHOOL ENRICHMENT LEADER

The Afterschool Enrichment Leader assists in planning and implementing childcare programs for up to 20 children, providing quality care and supervision while fostering a safe and welcoming environment. They also participate in in-service trainings and contribute to creating a culture of belonging within the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 48 college units OR an Associate’s Degree OR complete district paraeducator exam
• 1 year’s experience working in a childcare setting
• Ability to obtain Criminal Record Clearance
• Negative TB test required prior to first day of employment
• Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire
