Job Description
Chaparral Medical Group (CMG) and Akido Labs are seeking a Physician Associate (Physician Assistant) to join their Street Medicine team in Kern County, CA. The successful candidate will provide frontline care to patients experiencing homelessness, behavioral health challenges, and complex chronic conditions, using a hybrid schedule centered on telehealth.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California Physician Assistant License
- Successful completion of the Physician Assistant National Certificate Exam
- National Provider Identifier #
