Chaplain

CCA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide care and support to businesses nationwide. The role involves building relationships with employees, offering on-call assistance, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication, displaying a team player attitude, and complying with requests from senior leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of full time secular workplace experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from an accredited college or university, or Master of Divinity (preferred).
• Ability to use a computer and software (Word & Excel)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Ability to write speeches and articles
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables
