Job Description
We are looking for a solicitor or senior solicitor to join our team in Christchurch, which is part of our successful national corporate/commercial team. The role involves working on a broad range of corporate/commercial work, including M&A, corporate governance, securities work and commercial arrangements.
Requirements
- Experienced solicitor or senior solicitor
- 4 to 6 years PQE
- Broad range of corporate/commercial experience, including M&A, corporate governance, securities work and commercial arrangements
