Job Description
Charah Solutions is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment. The role requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime. The position offers competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company contribution after 1 year.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating in a production-focused environment
- Experience utilizing GPS grading systems (i.e. Trimble, Topcon)
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in ash management, structural fills and landfills
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
