We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (B2B & Partner, EV Charging) for Germany. The role involves expanding the partner network, identifying new business opportunities, and acquiring & managing tenders. Responsibilities include partner acquisition, sales planning, and close cooperation with Marketing, Product & Service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in economics, technology, or other relevant fields.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience and a strong network in the EV sector, ideally in B2B sales.
- Proven success in the sales of compliant charging stations.
- Experience in winning tenders and/or building partner networks.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- German is your mother tongue, and you are proficient in English in both speaking and writing.
