We are looking for a colleague to join our customer service team at Charge Amps, where you will support customers with technical questions and deliver high-class service through phone, email, and our ticket management system. You will also contribute to continuous improvements of our support processes and help documents.
Requirements
- Handle incoming cases via phone and email, as well as in our ticket management system.
- Provide high-class service to installers in the field and help with training new installers - through guides and references over writing and phone.
- Are structured, service-oriented and have a positive attitude in your communication.
- Are proactive and contribute to improving workflows and help instructions on our support web.
