Senior Manufacturing Engineer (SEA)

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help with the manufacture of our leading-edge electric vehicle charging products. This position will work closely with ChargePoint’s Manufacturing Operations and Quality organizations as well with our Contract Manufacturers partners to deliver products that meet ChargePoint’s quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of direct hands-on experience and know-how with fast paced, product design and product commercialization companies
• In-depth knowledge and direct experience in manufacturing operations, product lifecycle management and manufacturing engineering
• Experience in DFx methodologies
• Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Arena and Microsoft tools is a plus
• Experience with continuous process improvement and lean manufacturing principals, Six Sigma Black Belt would be a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Up to 50% international and domestic travel may be required
