Requirements
- Communicating with customers and responding to their queries
- Tracking and tracing large volumes of customer orders
- Entering, updating, and processing customer orders
- Ensuring daily delivery schedules are adhered to
- Handling client complaints and providing solutions
- Maintaining co-operative working relationships among team and internal staff
