Requirements

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Monitor active shipments and communicate status updates to clients
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and carrier teams to resolve service issues
• Process and track customer orders, load tenders, and related documentation accurately
• Handle client inquiries via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally
