Job Description
The Senior Social Media Manager is responsible for creating social media editorial plans, ensuring timely and high-quality content publishing, managing community engagement, and serving as a primary point of contact for partners. As a Skill Lead, they will foster professional development within the Social Media team, analyze channel performance, and generate strategic recommendations based on social media monitoring. They will also stay abreast of trends and effectively apply them to benefit the company and its partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management
- Experience on Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with content publishing, editorial planning, reporting, and community management
- Leadership experience and a passion for team development
- Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Native German skills
- Fluent English skills
