Charlie Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide Telehealth services. The role requires flexibility, support, consistency, and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is well-versed in various modalities, confident in working with teens and young adults, and passionate about the benefits of group therapy.

Requirements

• Licensed mental health or substance use counselor
• Experience with youth and young adults preferred
• Masters degree in mental health or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative and engaging, especially over video
