Finance Shared Services GL Accountant

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Finance Shared Services GL Accountant to join their growing Group Finance team. The role will involve maintaining the general ledger, ensuring consistency of accounting and reporting across all regions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance capabilities in the finance department.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Practical knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS
• Demonstrable understanding of end-to-end finance processes
• Competent in the fundamentals of accounting
• Deadline oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Independent thinker and driven to achieve best results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial software (NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Ability to prioritise and provide follow up in a fast-paced environment
