Requirements

• Plan and control chicken breeding in the farm according to set standards
• Monitor health, growth, egg production, egg quality, and hatching rates of the flock
• Implement and control strict Biosecurity and Animal Welfare measures
• Record and submit production results such as Egg Production, Fertility, Hatchability, and Mortality
• Analyze production and breeding problems, and propose improvements
• Coordinate with veterinarians, technical teams, hatcheries, and relevant units
• Control, manage, and develop farm staff/animal care assistants
• Check the readiness of the farm buildings, equipment, and environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
