The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned.
- Manage and expand customer base in designated areas (e.g., HORECA, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and promote food & beverage products to customers and distributors.
- Negotiate prices, promotions, and trade terms to close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Support product launch activities and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt problem resolution.
