Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at VRV - Chart. As a key member of the team, you will drive Operational Excellence and Margin Expansion, plan and implement systems and procedures, and lead Green / Yellow Belt teams.

Requirements

• MS Degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment
• Working knowledge of computers, including MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, ProE, with Inventor or SolidWorks being preferred
• Understanding of factory metrics, Lean (Operational Excellence) and Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis and Value Stream Mapping
• Knowledge and understanding of Data Analysis & Statistical Tools
• Leadership skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Communication and Teamwork skills
