Welder

The Welder position involves independently performing moderate to complex welding activities, including hand welding and material handling. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow established safety and quality procedures. The position involves maintaining a clean workspace and following established company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience
• Pass 3G weld test and other weld tests (square butt, fillet, groove)
• Experience interpreting blueprints and bill of materials (BOM)
• Basic math skills (weight measurement, volume, distance, multiplication and division)
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter, able to manage workload under minimal direction
• Proven ability to identify, reason, and solve problems
• Accurate measurement using tape measure, micrometer, and calipers
• Overtime and weekend hours, as needed
