Chartbeat Inc. is a parent company of several media and analytics companies. They are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to define and implement the company's full-cycle recruiting strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in global talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Very high degree of discretion and good judgment
- Self-motivated and positive, with a strong drive to problem solve and present solutions
- People person and relationship builder, maintaining positive, effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Process-oriented and comfortable collaborating with a small, close-knit team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office programs, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meets, etc.
- Respect for and sensitivity to diverse customs and cultures as part of other countries' hiring norms
- Residence in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred
