Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on cost accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, and manufacturing cost structures
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable insights
• ERP experience (Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms)
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
