FP&A Analyst

Join Charter Manufacturing as a Corporate FP&A Analyst and become part of a fourth-generation family-owned business. This role is a hybrid position in Mequon, WI, with a mix of onsite and remote work. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you'll deliver actionable insights, build advanced scenario models, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-10 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights
• Business acumen and communication skills with ability to influence across teams
• Familiarity with ERP, EPM, and BI tools (Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
