Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of safety experience
- Experience facilitating and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong background in developing and delivering safety training at all organizational levels
- Practical experience with safety process improvement
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Skilled at influencing without direct authority
