As a Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker with Chartiers Center, you will work in the home and community with our program participants to help them to live full and productive lives.
Requirements
- Meet regularly with a caseload of clients in their home or community to teach them needed skills such as independent living skills, social skills, and job search skills, and help connect them with supports such as needed living resources and social opportunities
- Maintain a weekly schedule where the majority of your work time is spent in face-to-face client meetings
- Thoroughly document client meetings to reflect work completed and interventions delivered, as well as client’s response to service and any client concerns
