Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Wellness Nurse to provide compassionate integrated health support to individuals facing mental health challenges in a community-based integrated care setting. The successful candidate will develop engaging relationships with individuals and support them in self-identified goals, utilizing evidence-based practices related to wellness coaching.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) Certification from an Accredited Institution with PA licensure
- 3 years behavioral health experience
- Valid driver's license
