Machinist I, Microcool

Wieland is seeking a Machinist I to process standing work orders and machining centers. The role involves operating CNC machines for milling, cutting, and fixture work, maintenance, and machine maintenance. Safety and quality are key considerations for this position.

Requirements

• Operates lathes, milling machines, CNC based milling and cutting and specialized equipment.
• Performs basic cutting and mechanical alignment.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Must know when and who to ask for help.
• Commitment to high quality standards.
• Machinist certification and/or Associate’s Degree.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information orally and in writing.
