Quality Control Technician

Wieland is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform inspection, recommend disposition, and audit materials and finished products. The role involves working with manufacturers to meet quality, cost, and safety standards. The technician will be on-site and will be fully CI certified within 90 days as well as Liquid Penetrant certified.

Requirements

• Understand and adhere to company Quality Control procedures.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing material, parts, and assemblies.
• Perform specific calibrations, tests, and evaluations.
• Maintain National Board number list
• Creating data reports on EDT
• Using standard and metric tape measures, calibers, weld gauges etc.
• Using Microsoft Excel/Word
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception
• Strong analytical skills and reading drawings/prints.
• Strong work ethic and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
