Job Description
Chatham Financial is seeking a Senior Web & Digital Marketing Manager to be a hands-on strategist and executioner for all things web management and digital marketing. The role involves leading the integration of AI and emerging agentic AI tools into the company's digital marketing efforts, focusing on campaign performance, content creation, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- Serve as Marketing’s subject matter expert on assigned segments, personas, and/or regions.
- Develop and implement ‘always on’, performance marketing campaigns and product/solution launches.
- Maintain program and campaign schedules, calendars, budgets, as appropriate and report regularly on progress and goal achievement.
- Evaluate, deploy and manage AI-powered and agentic tools (e.g., AI copy generation, audience modeling, performance forecasting, chatbot engagement) to enhance marketing performance and reduce manual overhead.
