1st Shift Senior Team Lead

As a CPI Senior Team Lead, you will efficiently coordinate the work of the production team members involved in the electronic operations, overseeing the planning and organizing of the workflow to ensure production runs smoothly, while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

Requirements

• Optimize production build plan to meet order commit dates.
• Oversees process and material flows, space management that will maximize utilization of space designated for assigned operation.
• Sets daily priorities of production staff in assigned area.
• Follows and enforces work rules and process documentations.
• Oversees employee training.
• Monitors quality of incoming raw material and finished product.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned by management.
