Middle School (6 - 8) Spanish/ESL Teacher

Middle School Teachers are responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, delivering dynamic lessons, and building positive classroom culture. The role requires bilingual skills, a commitment to ChattAcademy's mission, and experience in teaching middle school level Spanish and ESL.

Requirements

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for core subjects
• Deliver dynamic lessons that motivate students to think critically and foster social-emotional learning
• Use data and assessments to inform instruction and provide differentiated support to students
• Build positive classroom culture through consistent routines, clear expectations, and relationship building
• Serve as an advisory mentor to a group of 10-15 students
• Partner with families through regular communication and cultivation of trust
• Contribute to the growth of the school through collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement
