Job Description
Chatters is seeking a confident and inspiring Store Manager to join their team in Delta, BC, Canada. This role offers a supportive environment where employees can pursue diverse passions and make a positive impact on the salon experience. Responsibilities include retail operations management, sales team coaching, cleaning, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about all things beauty!
- At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role including sales performance, operations management and inventory management
- Previous Salon experience is a great asset
- Flexible, self-motivated, and driven with excellent people and communication skills
- Superior time management skills
- Knowledge of computer systems like Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail
- Day, evening and weekend availability
