Job Description
Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Strategy to lead their Sales business. This role focuses on strategic planning, performance management, and providing actionable insights to drive growth, optimize resource allocation, and scale Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams. It is a high-visibility position requiring collaboration with various teams and regular updates with executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales and pipeline.
- Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred.
- Expert-level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to provide clarity and partner with stakeholders.
- Experiences with Salesforce, BI tool (ie. Looker), and SQL.
- Experience in identifying business insights through analysis.
