Home Care Aide in North County

Cheer Home Care is seeking passionate caregivers to join their North County team to provide non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a caregiver, you will offer companionship, personal care, and daily assistance to clients, maintaining their independence and dignity at home.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling
• Ability to drive clients in your own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure great service
• Certifications like CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED are preferred but not mandatory

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more
