Chelsea Piers Fitness is seeking a Facility Operations Director to oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in standards and execution. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive facility or operations leadership experience and strong financial acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business management, engineering or related field
• 7 to 10 years of progressive facility or operations leadership experience
• Multisite management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and technical teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating and project budgets
• Ability to operate with ownership in high volume complex environments
