A Guest Services Officer is the first person guests see at Chelsea Piers, responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe site, and handling various tasks.
Requirements
- Greet visitors and provide information and directions
- Maintain safe, secure, and orderly site and facilities
- Direct customer vehicles to proper parking locations
- Report any hazardous situations
- Prohibit loitering and illegal activities
- Assist maintenance and parking departments
- Make scheduled rounds of facility to ensure safety
