Engineering Project Leader

Chemelex is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, protecting the world’s critical processes, places and people. As an Engineering Project Leader, you will lead engineering projects and provide technical support to designers and other departments. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Attend kick-off and status meetings
• Perform project setup tasks
• Distribute and maintain project specific design information
• Provide technical support to designers and other departments
• Perform quality audits
• Identify and communicate proposed solutions to emerging issues
• Report Production Inventory and deployed resources
• Monitor design progress
• Report and document project, technical, and work process related problems
• Manage changes to client documents and Tracer deliverables
• Assemble and release work packages
• Interact with Project Manager and/or client Representative
• Manage Requests for Information and Design Change Notices
• Track scope completion and control working copy documents
• Work on engineering deliverables as time allows
• Submit software bugs or enhancements to development team
• Provide mentoring support to Designers as required
• Occasionally support projects at site as time allows
