Field Services Specialist

Requirements

• Responsible for the safe and efficient installation, testing and commissioning of engineered systems based on Chemelex products
• Carry out projects independently
• Execute activities on basis of project drawings, specifications, planning, procedures, quality requirements and VCA safety standards
• Monitor and report project progress on a daily basis
• Maintain daily contacts with the customer concerning work to be carried out, planning, more/less work and completion/handover of the work
• Find and repair faults in EHT systems including power and control and monitoring panels
• Installation of electrical Heat tracing on occasional basis
• Supervision of the electrical installation and turnover to the customer
• Carry out site surveys of existing installations (auditing heat trace system, panels and/or insulation), identifying opportunities for potential future work
• Feedback lessons learned to Proposals and Project teams with the aim of improving systems and processes
